One of those YOLO moments
Have you ever just randomly decided, “You know what, I am tired of the same routine, and I deserve a mini vacation.” Well, that’s what the hubby and I did the last two days. My husband is the type of person to analyze a plan before executing a decision (he still has the military mentality…shhh don’t tell him I told you 😉 but if we went through that whole process, we would’ve never done anything. So, I told him, “YOLO babe!” lol he looked at me like I had issues but agreed with the plan. These past few weeks have been stressful for me and we needed some alone time, so this mini trip was a must.
I’ve never been to Universal Studios and what a perfect time to go and enjoy the Halloween horror nights. By the way, if you are a Walking Dead fan, you must go through the Walking Dead Terror Tram and the Walking Dead – Dead Inside. These walkers look so real! Scary, but so much fun! I had a blast.
My look for the day was all about comfort. A lot of walking!

The Walking Dead for sure was the scariest!
Look who I found.
Universal Studios, City Walk
uff, almost popped in my pants! LOL I kid, I kid 😉
One of the places I was told to visit was the Farmers Market at the Grove. I heard about it through some coworkers of mine and decided to check it out. I absolutely loved it! One thing you don’t know about me is that I love history. I was intrigued on how the farmers market came about and how it transitioned through the years. I am not going to bore you to death but if you are interested you could read a little more about it on here.
My favorite part was visiting the small shops and the smell of fresh barbecue ribs roasting. Yum! A variety of goodies! such as, fruits, candy, foods, and pastries. It was like food heaven for me. I ate so much and did not feel one bit guilty.

For those who love seafood, plenty of seafood options to choose from.
I had a pizza and a glass of wine. It was delicious!
Hope you are having a great weekend so far!
